What we offer

untethr sells carrier unlock requests, IMEI checks, paid tech calls and mail-in repairs. Carrier unlock removes the carrier lock only.

What you confirm when you order

• You own the phone, or you have the owner's permission.
• The contract, payment plan or lease terms for the phone are met, as your carrier requires.
• The phone was not lost or stolen.
• The IMEI and carrier you entered are correct.

What we refuse

We refuse lost, stolen and blacklisted devices. We do not remove iCloud, Activation Lock, FRP, MDM or Google account locks, and we do not promise to.

Prices and delivery

The all-in price and delivery time are shown before you pay. Delivery times are estimates set by the unlock process for each carrier and model.

Refunds

Your data

See the privacy policy, including how every IMEI check is logged.

Liability

We do our best, but we cannot control your carrier. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order, to the extent the law allows.
