- Settings that stop working: Wi-Fi calling, mobile data, hotspot, voicemail.
- Checking a used phone before you buy it, together with you on video.
- Deciding if a repair is worth it, and what to ask a repair shop.
What we cannot do
We do not remove iCloud, Activation Lock, Google FRP, MDM or blacklist locks, on a call or any other way. Those locks protect owners. If the phone is yours, Apple or Google support can help with proof of purchase.
