How it works
A carrier unlock lets your phone accept SIM cards from other carriers. Here is exactly what happens when you order one from us, and what we will not do.
Three steps
1. Check
Pick your phone and carrier, or paste your IMEI. We check it is eligible before you pay. The basic check is free.
2. Pay the shown price
You see the exact all-in price and the delivery time first. Checkout is handled by Stripe or PayPal, so we never see your card.
3. Unlock
Track your order live. When it is done we email simple steps to finish. If it fails, you get a full refund.
The honest details
Ask your carrier first
If your phone is paid off and your account is in good standing, your carrier will often unlock it for free. Check your carrier's current policy. Our free unlock guides link to each official page.
No unlock, full refund
If the unlock is rejected or not delivered within the stated time, you get a full refund. Rejected unlocks are refunded automatically. See the refund policy.
We check before you pay
Your IMEI tells us the model, the carrier and whether the phone is reported lost or stolen. We refuse lost, stolen or blacklisted phones.
Carrier unlock only
We do not remove iCloud, Activation Lock, FRP, MDM or Google account locks, and we never change an IMEI. Those belong to the phone's owner.
Questions people ask
Why do you check my IMEI first?
The IMEI tells us the model, the carrier and whether the phone is blacklisted. Checking first stops you paying for an unlock that cannot work. The basic check is free.
Can I unlock it for free with my carrier?
Often yes, if you qualify. Many carriers unlock for free once the phone is paid off and the account is in good standing. Read our free unlock guides first. A paid unlock helps when your carrier will not do it, or you already left the carrier.
How long does it take?
It depends on the carrier and model. We show the delivery time before you pay, and you can follow your order live on the track page.
What if the unlock fails?
You get a full refund. If the unlock is rejected or not delivered within the stated time, we refund the order. See the refund policy for details.
Will I lose my data?
A carrier unlock does not erase your data. Some phones restart after the unlock. We still suggest keeping a backup, as you should before any phone change.
Do you remove iCloud, Activation Lock, FRP, MDM or Google account locks?
No. We do not remove those locks and we never promise to. Those belong to the owner of the account. Carrier unlock only.
